Red Wine May Slow Aging Process

Posted:

It looks like the fountain of youth may be colored red. Researchers think that the ingredient in red wine, grapes, and pomegranates called "resveratrol" causes the body to slow the aging process.

This research was started 20 years ago at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  Now researchers in France have joined the study and together they say that they believe that even one glass of wine a day may contain enough resveratrol to extend life.

However, if you do not want to drink it, the ingredient can be found in red wine capsules.
