Asiago Cheese Hamburgers
1 pound ground beef sirloin
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup sweet onion, sliced
1/4 cup barbeque sauce
4 hamburger buns, split
1/4 cup Additional ketchup
1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
8 slices cooked bacon

Mix the beef, Worcestershire sauce, buffalo wing sauce, pepper, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Form mixture into four patties. Place the patties on a plate; cover. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir the onion in the olive oil until translucent, about 5 minutes; set aside.
Cook the beef patties on the preheated grill on one side for about 5 minutes; brush the top of each burger with 1 tablespoon of barbeque sauce; flip. Cook burgers until well done, or the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F (85 degrees C), about five minutes more.
Place one burger on the bottom half of each bun. Top each burger with cooked onions, ketchup, Asiago cheese, and bacon slices; sandwich with top of bun and serve.

Bold 'n' Saucy Cheeseburger
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/4 cup A.1. Bold & Spicy Steak Sauce, divided
4 slices red onion
4 Kraft 2% Milk Singles
4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
4 slices tomato

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Mix meat and 2 Tbsp. of the steak sauce in medium bowl. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Spray both sides of onion slices with cooking spray and set aside. Grill patties 4 min. on each side or until cooked through, adding onions to the grill after 2 min. and cooking until crisp-tender. Top the burgers with the 2% Milk Singles and continue grilling until the 2% Milk Singles are melted. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns. Top evenly with remaining 2 Tbsp. steak sauce. Cover with onions, tomatoes and top halves of buns.

Caesar Burgers  
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 Kraft Deli Fresh Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese Slices
2 cups torn romaine lettuce
6 Tbsp. Kraft Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
4 hamburger buns, split

Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix meat, 3 Tbsp. of the Parmesan cheese and the garlic. Shape into four patties. Grill 6 min. on each side or until burgers are cooked through (160ºF). Top with cheese slices. Continue grilling 1 min. or until cheese begins to melt. Toss lettuce with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing and the remaining 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Spoon evenly onto bottom halves of buns; top with patties and remaining 4 Tbsp. dressing. Cover with tops of buns.

Cowboy Burgers  
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 onions, thinly sliced, separated into rings
8 hamburger patties (1/4 lb. each)
3 Tbsp. A.1. Original Steak Sauce
2 tomatoes, sliced
8 hamburger buns, partially split
8 Kraft Singles

Preheat grill to medium heat. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Cover with lid. Simmer 20 min. or until onions are golden brown, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, grill patties 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Stir steak sauce into onion mixture. Place 1 tomato slice and burger on bottom half of each bun; cover with 1 Singles, 3 Tbsp. of the onion mixture and top of bun.

Grilled Italian Burgers
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons capers, drained
2 eggs
2 tablespoons kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup Italian bread crumbs

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate.
Combine the beef, capers, eggs, olives, garlic powder, oregano, feta cheese, and bread crumbs in a bowl. Divide and form the mixture into 4 patties.
Cook burgers on preheated grill about 6 minutes, turning once, to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), or to desired doneness.

Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburgers
1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. Kraft Ranch Dressing, divided
4 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 Kraft Singles, cut into quarters
4 hamburger buns, split, lightly toasted
4 lettuce leaves
8 slices tomato

Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix meat and 2 Tbsp. of the dressing. Shape into 8 thin patties. Mix remaining 1 Tbsp. dressing and the bacon. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. of the bacon mixture onto center of each of 4 of the patties; top with 2 Singles quarters and second patty. Pinch edges of patties together to seal. Grill patties 7 to 9 min. on each side or until cooked through (160°F). Cover bottom halves of buns with lettuce and burgers. Top with tomatoes and top halves of buns.

Paul Bunyan Burgers
6 bacon strips, diced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3 thin slices onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 pound ground beef
3 slices processed American cheese
3 hamburger buns, split

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon to paper towels. In the drippings, saute mushrooms and onion until tender. Transfer to a bowl with a slotted spoon; add bacon. In another bowl, combine the egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, salt, pepper and horseradish; add beef and mix well. Shape into six 1/4-in.-thick patties. Divide bacon mixture among three patties. top with a cheese slice; fold in corners of cheese. Top with remaining patties; seal edges. Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 10-12 minutes or until meat juices run clear, turning once. Serve on buns.

Pesto Turkey Burgers
1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
2 tablespoons basil pesto
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Mix together ground turkey, pesto, garlic, feta cheese, 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt, and breadcrumbs in a bowl until evenly blended. Form into 4 patties. Grill pesto burgers until no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. Sprinkle with seasoned salt halfway through cooking.

Smokehouse Burgers  
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium  red onion, cut into 4 slices
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1/4 cup Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce
4 Kraft Singles
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices tomato (about 1 medium)
4 hamburger buns, split, grilled

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Shape meat into four patties. Brush onion slices with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing. Grill patties and onions 5 min. on each side or until patties are cooked through (160°F) and onions are tender, brushing onions occasionally with remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing and brushing burgers with barbecue sauce. Top each patty with Singles; grill an additional 1 to 2 min. or until Singles begin to melt. Place 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice and burger on bottom half of each bun. Cover with onions and tops of buns.

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 slices mozzarella cheese
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate. Place the ground turkey, onion, cilantro, chipotle chile pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl; mix well. Form into 4 patties.
Cook the hamburgers on the preheated grill until the turkey is no longer pink in the center, about 4 minutes per side. Place the mozzarella slices on the patties 2 minutes before they are ready. Serve on the toasted buns.

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers
2 eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 ounces feta cheese
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 pounds ground turkey

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate.
While the grill is preheating, mix together eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach, and turkey in a large bowl until well combined; form into 8 patties.
Cook on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 15 to 20 minutes.

Steakhouse Cheeseburgers  
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Miracle Whio Light Dressing
1/4 cup A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided
1 French bread baguette (16 to 20 inch)
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/4 cup  chopped onions
4 Kraft 2% Milk Singles

Heat grill to medium-high. Combine tomatoes, dressing and 1/2 tsp. sauce. Cut baguette lengthwise in half, then cut crosswise into four pieces. Mix meat, onions and remaining steak sauce. Shape into four (1/2-inch thick) oval patties. Grill 4 min. on each side or until cooked through (160°F); top with Singles. Add baguettes, cut-sides down, to grill. Grill 1 min. or until baguettes are lightly toasted and Singles are melted. Fill baguettes with cheeseburgers; top with tomato mixture.

Stuffed Fiesta Burgers
1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. 
(1-1/4 oz.) Taco Bell Home Originals Taco Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1/3 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
 4 hamburger buns, split, lightly toasted
1/2 cup Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'N Chunky Medium Salsa
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 8 slices

Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix meat and seasoning mix. Shape into eight thin patties. Mix cream cheese spread and shredded cheese. Spoon about 2 Tbsp. of the cheese mixture onto center of each of four of the patties; top with second patty. Pinch edges of patties together to seal. Grill 7 to 9 min. on each side or until cooked through (160°F.) Cover bottom halves of buns with burgers. Top with salsa, avocados and top halves of buns.

Sun-Dried Tomato and Blue Cheese Burgers
3 pounds uncooked lean ground beef
1 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes
4 ounces blue cheese
1/2 cup minced fresh chives
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
12 hamburger rolls

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, sun-dried tomatoes, blue cheese, chives, steak sauce, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and mustard. Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Gently form mixture into twelve equally-sized patties. Grill burgers for five minutes per side, or to desired doneness. Serve on rolls.

Tequila Lime Burgers
2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup steak sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning
2 tablespoons tequila
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
Mix together the ground beef, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Montreal seasoning, tequila, lime juice, and lime zest in a large bowl until evenly combined. Form 8 patties from the mixture.
Cook patties on preheated grill to desired doneness, 7 to 10 minutes each side for well done.

The Burger Your Mama Warned You About!
2 pounds ground beef
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/3 cup minced garlic
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper

Mix together the ground beef, red onion, green pepper, garlic, onion soup mix, barbeque sauce, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Divide the ground beef mixture into 8 equal balls and form each one into a patty. Place the patties on a baking sheet, cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow all of the flavors to come together. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Cook the patties to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C), about 6 minutes per side for well done burgers.

Very Best Burgers
3 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 medium potato, shredded
1 tablespoon minced garlic
12 ounces crumbled blue cheese
2 teaspoons seasoned salt, or to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

Preheat a grill for high heat. When the grill is hot, lightly oil the grate.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, potato, garlic, blue cheese, seasoned salt, pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, eggs and bread crumbs. Form into 10 balls, and flatten into patties.
Grill for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.
