Think Twice Before Sending Invitations to Your Botox Party

If you're considering Botox injections to eliminate wrinkles, head to the doctor's office and not a social gathering. Since the recent FDA approval of the toxin for cosmetic use, so called Botox parties are popping up across the country. That's why the American Academy of Dermatology is urging people to think twice before accepting such an invitation.

Instead of a Botox party, the AAD says you should choose a qualified doctor who will perform the procedure in a safe, medical setting.
