Arson investigators are also looking into a suspicious fire overnight.

A neighbor reported seeing smoke coming from a home in the 1900 block of Avenue N just before midnight. New residents were in the process of moving in when they returned home and found several small fires inside the house.

Damage is estimated to be about $5,000.
