Children Enjoy Round-Up Party - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The American Cancer Society hosted their annual Cattle Baron's Ball Children's Round-Up party Saturday afternoon.

"This party honors the kids that are going through treatment and those that have been through treatment," Stephanie Thompson said. 

The goal is to give local children battling and surviving cancer a chance to feel like normal kids. Families across West Texas who've undergone treatment at Covenant Healthy System and University Medical Center enjoyed games, crafts, and of course horseback rides.
