Texas FFA Convention to Boost Lubbock's Economy - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

In a few weeks, Lubbock will be filled with more than 10,000 visitors wearing blue jackets. "It is the largest youth led organization in the nation," said Tatum Gunn.  "It's going to be a convention that over 10,000 members throughout the state will come to."  

The Future Farmers of America will descend on the Hub City July 15-18 for the 80th Annual Texas FFA convention.

The convention will bring more than 4 million dollars into Lubbock's economy.
