Help Authorities Capture Artemio Gonzales - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Bailey County authorities say 34-year-old Artemio Hinojos Gonzales escaped from their custody. Now, they're hoping your tips can put him back behind bars. Gonzales is now one of NewsChannel 11's Most Wanted.

Muleshoe Police arrested him for assaulting a peace officer. Gonzales bonded. Then, last weekend, authorities say he pulled a gun on his wife, threatening to shoot her and himself. Police re-arrested Gonzales, but they say he escaped from their custody.

Now, Gonzales remains on the run.  He's charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and escape. A judge also re-issued the warrant for assault on a public servant.
