Rockets Sign Draft Choice Nachbar

On Thursday, the Houston Rockets signed their second first round draft pick, Slovenian forward Bostjan Nachbar, to a multi million dollar contract. Nachbar was the 15th overall selection in the draft. Houston also had the first overall choice and drafted 7' 5" Yao Ming of China.

Exact terms of the agreement with Nachbar weren't disclosed by the Rockets. Nachbar, at 6' 9", played his last two seasons with Italian team Benetton Treviso.
