Hewlett Packard Recalls Fax Machines - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Hewlett Packard is recalling 367,000 HP 1010 and HP 1010-XI fax machines. An internal component in the machines can overheat, posing a risk of fire. 

So far, Hewlett-Packard has received three reports of fax machines overheating, including two that caused minor property damage. Consumers are advised to disconnect the fax machines immediately and contact Hewlett Packard for a rebate at (888) 654-9296.
