Semi Involved in Multi-Vehicle Pileup Near Brownfield

NewsChannel 11 is on the scene of a serious accident near Brownfield.

Details are still coming in, but here is what NewsChannel 11 has learned so far.

The crash happened around 1p.m. about four miles west of Brownfield on Highway 380. The crash involved a semi, and at least four other vehicles. Initial reports said the crash included an explosion; however we can only confirm that the rig caught fire.

Aerocare transported at least one person to University Medical Center with critical injuries.
