Armstrong Still Second Overall After 10th Stage

Lance Armstrong has remained second overall after the 10th stage of the Tour de France. The three time defending champ finished about four minutes behind stage winner Patrice Halgand of France. Overall leader Igor Gonzalez Galdeano finished in the main pack and is still 26 seconds in front of Armstrong.

It was revealed that Galdeano tested positive for a restricted substance last week, but he was cleared because he has a prescription for the asthma drug.

A seven year-old boy was killed just before the start of Wednesday's stage when he was struck by one of the cars in the Tour's convoy.
