Road Constructions Prompts Detours - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Construction crews will be back to work Monday morning, and that means some detours for you. Workers will shut down 98th Street from Avenue P to I-27 for reconstruction. It's expected to take up to a week to finish, weather permitting.

Also, progress on the Marsha Sharp Freeway will have folks taking an alternate route. Starting Monday, traffic on Avenue Q will be detoured so crews can install beams for the freeway over-pass. The intersection is expected to re-open on July 25th.
