Two Dead After Hale County Collision - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Authorities tell NewsChannel 11, two people are dead after a collision in Hale County, about ten miles west of Plainview on Highway 70. 

The picture was taken at the scene from Plainview Daily Herald photographer Richard Porter. The accident involved two 18-wheelers and a pickup truck. 

DPS tells us traffic is blocked going east and west on Highway 70, and for drivers to avoid the area. Officials have not yet released the names of the victims.
