Lubbock Man Accused of Raping Two Young Girls - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

44 year-old Kenneth Hayes is charged with two counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault. Hayes is a former client at the Lubbock Mental Health and Mental Retardation Center.

Police arrested Hayes last week after two girls told their mother Hayes had abused them. Hayes is held now on $200,000 bond.
