Suspect Arraigned in Three Year-Old Murder

Three years ago, police say he stabbed a man to death in Lubbock. On Wednesday, 41-year-old Kenneth Warwick stood before a judge to be charged with murder. Kenneth Warwick is accused of killing 31-year-old Paul Tolonen in 1999. Sgt. John Gomez with the Lubbock Police Department said witness statements led to Warwick's arrest on Wednesday.

Judge Bob Blackburn set his bond at $250,000. A tree trimmer was found in Tolonen's badly beaten and decomposed body in MacKenzie Park in June of 1999. A medical examiner determined that Tolonen died from multiple stab wounds.
