Foster-A-Life Kick-Off Event - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The so called "Forgotten Children" were remembered at Kastman Park, Saturday July 19.

The local non-profit agency "Foster-A-Life" held their kick-off event for the hub city beach party. The event brought together foster children from the Lubbock area that are eligible for adoption.

By having this event the agency hopes to make people aware of the need to adopt special children who have suffered from abuse and neglect.

The so called "Forgotten Children" were able to forget about their troubles by enjoying fun games and eating great food.
