Condition of Teen Hit By Car Improving - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The 14-year-old boy hit by a car Monday is upgraded to stable condition Wednesday night. Oscar Ramirez was hit after getting out of a truck across the street from his house.

Police Department Spokesman, Bill Morgan says Ramirez darted in front of an oncoming car. He was thrown about 50 feet.
