George Foreman Seeking Dismissal of Paternity Suit

Foreman's attorney, Earle Lilly of Houston, made the condition in seeking dismissal of the lawsuit filed by Jasmine Christina Foreman. Foreman says the paternity claim is based upon his marriage to Cynthia Lewis, which ended in 1978 and was refuted by blood tests taken in 1982.

Lilly says that blood tests prove his client isn't Jasmine Foreman's father. Jasmine Foreman's attorney, Harry Tindall of Houston, says he's reviewing the case file and will decide by next week whether to ask a Houston judge for a dismissal.
