Lubbock Property Owners Can Likely Expect Rise in City Fees

The Lubbock City Council plans to keep city tax rates the same, however you might pay more taxes because of rising property values and some city fees.

Storm water will go up $1.01 per month. Water and wastewater fees will also go up, however an exact rate has yet to be decided.
