Two Arrested Following Slow Speed Police Chase

Two men are behind bars, following a police chase across South Lubbock. 

The chase began as Lubbock Police tried to pull over a stolen Pontiac Grand Am at 50th and Avenue U on Friday afternoon. The slow pursuit lasted nine minutes and ended when Lubbock Sheriff's Deputies stopped the car on the South Loop near University.

Authorities arrested Jeremiah Freeman, 27, for evading arrest. Diana Zuazu, 25, was also taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for forgery.
