A Lubbock Post Office is open again, after an elderly woman crashed her car into the front side on Monday.
Police say the 96 year old driver was pulling into the handicapped spot, and apparently hit the wrong pedal. Her car and the Monterey Station's brick facade paid for the mistake.
A customer inside was taken to a hospital with minor injuries after the accident. The driver was not injured.
The post office reopened Tuesday, following a damage inspection.
