Tuesday afternoon, a Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted 33-year-old Timothy Barbian for three counts of aggravated kidnapping.  That means there were three different victims.

When this case first developed, investigators had only identified two victims.  Authorities say Barbian kidnapped each victim.  They tell NewsChannel 11 that two victims were sexually assaulted, while a third fought her way free.

Police arrested Barbian at his parent's home in Plainview on June 17th. Since his arrest, authorities say he could be linked to three more assaults from 2006. Barbian remained in the Lubbock County Jail Tuesday a $250,000 bond.

The grand jury also indicted 29-year-old Jeremy Perez on a count of manslaughter for the death of his cousin 42-year-old Juan Perez. Authorities were called to Covenant Medical Center on March 3rd to investigate, after Juan Perez arrived unconscious and bleeding from the head. He died later that day.

In June, the medical examiner said Juan died from blunt force trauma to the head. Investigators then ruled his death a homicide.  Investigators say Jeremy and Juan got into a fight, after drinking and using a controlled substance.  They say Jeremy punched Juan twice, before Juan fell to the ground.  Jeremy then allegedly kicked Juan in the back of the head, delivering the fatal blow.

Jeremy was not booked into the Lubbock County Jail as of Tuesday evening.
