Lubbock Police are questioning people in the murder of 26 year old Harold Williams Junior and believe they may have identified the shooter. Just after 1am Sunday morning police were called out to 2018 Avenue L, here in Lubbock, after residents reported hearing gunfire. When police arrived, they found Williams face down in the driveway. He later died from a single gun shot wound to the chest. Lubbock Police say the shooter may have shot Williams in self defense, at this time no arrests have been made. The murder is under investigation and the case is expected to go before a grand jury.
