Fund Set Up For Lubbock Soldier Killed in Car Accident

A memorial fund has been set up for the family of a Lubbock soldier who died in a car accident near Fort Hood. 20- year-old Angelo Shane Allen died when he flipped his car near Killeen Tuesday morning.

Allen was an honor student at Estacado, member of the ROTC, and most recently a member of the United States Army. Funeral arrangements are still pending. But if you would like to make a donation to help the family with funeral expenses, a fund has been set up at Lubbock National Bank.
