Food for Thought Report 8.14 - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Inspectors cited Taco Bueno at 5727 82nd Street with six critical violations.

They included:

• Flies found through out the kitchen.
• Moldy soda machine nozzles.
• Expired sausage and pico de gallo with out a date-mark.
• Employees' uncovered drinks near customer food.
• No paper towels at a hand sink.
• The only food thermometer was broken.

Management says all violations have been corrected. The report shows most were corrected during the inspection.
