Tobias Sentenced to Decade in Prison

A Lubbock man convicted of sexually assaulting a child is headed to prison for the next decade.

A jury deliberated only two hours Thursday before sentencing Bobby Tobias to 10-years for both counts of aggravated sexual assault.

He will serve the sentences concurrently.
