National Night Out

Get to know your neighbor. That is what the Lubbock United Neighborhood Association is hoping you will do Tuesday evening. Tuesday, August 6th is the 19th annual celebration of National Night Out. It is a crime and drug prevention event that takes place in neighborhoods throughout the country. Events in Lubbock include:

  • Coronado Area Neighborhood - 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Dunbar-Manhattan Heights Neighborhood - 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (23rd & Oak)
  • Harwell Neighborhood - 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Maedgen Neighborhood - 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Waters Neighborhood - 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Waters Elementary)
  • Wheelock & Monterey Neighborhood - 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (St. Christopher's Espiscopal)
  • Stumpy Hamilton Park - beginning at 6 p.m.
