Four people are charged with organized crime in connection with a rash of vehicle burglaries at Lubbock movie theaters.
Employees at Cinemark 16 spotted the suspects in the parking lot around 10 p.m. Sunday, and reported them to police. The group fled as a movie let out, and patrons began walking to their cars.
Police immediately set up surveillance at Tinseltown, where suspects matching their description showed up about an hour later, with some of the stolen goods in their possession.
Each is charged with vehicle burglary and organized crime.
