No Indictment In Fatal Motorcycle Accident

Criminal charges will not be filed for a fatal accident in southwest Lubbock this past June. 

On Tuesday, a Lubbock County Grand Jury declined to indict anyone in the June 26th accident that killed 43-year-old Danny Laseman and his 14-year-old son Justin.  

Just after 9 a.m. that morning, the Laseman's were riding a motorcycle north on Milwaukee Avenue, when investigators say the driver of a Chevy Tahoe turned onto 82nd Street in front of them.
