Trial Begins For Man Charged in 7-Eleven Shooting - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Monday was day one in the trial of a Lubbock man charged with murdering a man at a 7-Eleven store last year. 

Jury selection began Monday in the trial of Mitchell Wachholtz. He is charged in the July 2007 shooting death of 21-year-old Chase Pendleton. 

Police say Wachholtz is the man seen in this surveillance video apparently shooting Pendleton at the 7-Eleven at 34th and Memphis.
