A grand jury indicts the former Youth Corps instructor who is accused of having sexual relations with a 14-year-old boy.
NewsChannel 11 cameras were the only ones rolling on August 14th when police arrested 21-year-old Elizabeth Jackson.
A Lubbock County grand jury indicted Jackson Tuesday on a single charge of sexual assault. Authorities say the 14-year-old used a sock to clean himself after having relations with Jackson. They were able to trace DNA from the sock back to Jackson.
If convicted, Jackson faces up to 20 years in prison.
