Incode Gets New Sister Company - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A major Lubbock employer is expanding.

The parent company of Incode (Tyler Technologies) announced Tuesday that it bought all the common stock of "School Information Systems" of St. Louis, Missouri. Like Incode, this company makes software.

The St. Louis company has approximately 45 employees.  By contrast, Incode here in Lubbock has roughly 300 employees.
