A New Sensor Might Pin Point The Cause Of Asthma Attacks

Look what's new in asthma research; scientists at the Georgia Tech Research Institute have developed an asthma vest with a sensor system that monitors the air around people who get asthma attacks.

The device, which weighs less than one pound, measures environmental stimuli, like ozone and carbon dioxide. The goal is to help researchers look back after an attack and see exactly what it was in the environment that triggered the attack.
