Million Dollar Donation to Expand Jones Stadium

A bank with ties to Lubbock will donate $1 million toward the cost of expanding Jones Stadium.  That generous donor is Plains Capital Bank.

Plains Capital used be headquarted in Lubbock.  Thanks to the bank, Texas Tech has $20 million for the project. The total cost is $25 million.
