Tech Looks To Recruit Hispanic Students

Tech Chancellor Doctor David Smith met with Hispanic ministers at a luncheon Monday. Smith says the churches provide the best access to Hispanic students who could be Tech students. Vice Chancellor for Community and Multicultural Affairs, Cathy Allen, says Tech will meet monthly with the ministers.
