Lubbock Traffic Engineers to Activate New Stop Light

Soon, drivers in southwest Lubbock will have a new stop light to watch out for.

On Wednesday, the new signal at 98th and Vicksburg was flashing yellow, but around 10 a.m. Thursday the light will be fully functional.
