Lubbock County Sheriff's Office Search For Robbery Suspects

The Lubbock County Sheriff's department needs your help to find three suspects in a morning robbery.

Sheriff Deputies responded here to the C&L Bookstore in the 9600 block on Highway 114 around 7 a.m. Thursday. Investigators say the suspects walked in with a handgun, bound the clerk with duck tape and stole more than $250.

NewsChannel 11 obtained surveillance video from the time of the robbery. In the video, you can see the men in dark sweatshirts take money from the register. The video also reveals one of them wearing what appears to be women's panty hose on his head.

The suspects are described as white or Hispanic young men. Witnesses say they possibly left in an orange or red Ford F-150 extended cab pickup. The license plate is described to have a three and five in the tag.

If you know, anything about this robbery call the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office. That number is 775-1480.
