Congressman Neugebauer Morns Mothers Loss - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

U.S. Congressman Randy Neugebauer and family mourned loss of his mother Kathleen Smith Saturday.

Smith died Friday in Abilene, after battling pulmonary cancer. Smith is a Lubbock native, but moved to Abilene in 1972. Kathleen Smith was 78-years-old. The family will hold a private memorial service on Monday.
