Man In Jail On Explosives Charge - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock man remains behind bars for an explosives charge. Kevin Bell, 49, is held on $50,000 bond for a charge of having components of explosives.

Back on August 25th, police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 7300 block of Fourth Street. They found gunpowder, wires, a clock, cell phone, batteries and other equipment authorities say could be used to make a bomb.

The woman at the home told investigators that Bell threatened to blow up her ex-boyfriend. Authorities issued a warrant for Bell's arrest on Friday.
