Arts Festival Kicked Off on Saturday - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Artists and crafters from all over the southwest showcased their handiwork at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. More than 100 booths are set up with items such as jewelry, food, clothes, paintings, and so much more. The event is free of charge and runs from noon until 5 p.m. on Sunday.
