Jimmy Aleman Convicted of Injury to a Child - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Thursday, a jury convicted the Lubbock man who is accused of throwing his then 2-year-old son on the floor last year.

A Lubbock jury sentenced 23-year-old Jimmy Aleman to 99-years in prison for injury to a child. The boy suffered brain damage from the incident, and remains in a coma.
