Source: Clovis Police Dept.The man accused of murdering Melissa Ward of Lubbock and her companion Gary Payne from Melrose, New Mexico has surrendered to authorities.
Friday evening, Clovis police announced that Anthony Casillas had surrendered himself to police in Roswell, New Mexico. A written statement states the 21-year-old suspect turned himself in to the Roswell Police Department accompanied by his parents.
The two victims were shot September 25th in a moving vehicle in Clovis, New Mexico.
