Timms on Trial For Aggravated Robbery

Jury selection started Monday in the Lubbock trial of 37-year-old Tammy Lynn Timms. 

Timms, along with three others, was indicted for aggravated robbery for the brutal beating and robbery of 23-year-old Tommy Yugovich in March of 2007. During the robbery, Yugovich was beaten with a lead pipe and slipped into a month long coma after the attack. 

The Timms trial continues Tuesday.
