Bands Band Together For Special Lubbock Event - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Tuesday night, bands from Lubbock ISD, Texas Tech and Wayland Baptist University all helped celebrate Lubbock's upcoming 100th birthday.

This was at Lowery Field.  Among the performances were two songs composed by Lubbock natives Mac Davis and Joe Ely.   Local entertainment icon Don Caldwell was the guest conductor for the evening.
