Trailer Fire Sparks Question, Why Was It Parked There?

Woodrow fire investigators are still trying to figure out how a trailer went up in flames. At around 10:15 Tuesday night on MLK just South of 98th St. the building was on a trailer on the side of the road as if it was in the process of being moved, but the trailer was not attached to anything.

Investigators want to know who the owner of the building is and how the building ended up on the roadway.
