Lubbock City Council meets Wednesday morning. On the agenda, a push for progress on the Buddy Holly and Maria Elena Holly Plaza. Council came to a contract agreement with Holly's widow, Maria Elena, in January, but 11-months later there hasn't been a lot of progress at the site.
