Area Man Accused of Child Pornography Surrenders to Authorities

A South Plains man has turned himself in to federal authorities. Timothy Earl Love was recently indicted for downloading child pornography on the Internet.

Court records say Love had images of girls as young as age ten. He was released Wednesday without having to post bond. However, court records say he is subject to electronic monitoring.

Love may not have a computer in his house, and he may not use any device - including a cell phone that has internet access. He is also forbidden to be around parks or schools where children might be present.

We should emphasize that Love is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
