The U.S. Health and Human Services Department has released new physical activity guidelines.
Under the newly released exercise guidelines, adults need just two hours a week of moderate exercise, which can be a brisk walk or even raking leaves. Children and teens need at least an hour a day, three times a week. The new physical activity guidelines are the most comprehensive of their kind. Officials hope it will serve as a new tool to get Americans moving in the right direction.
