A Littlefield man will spend the next 15 years behind bars for the death of two teenage sisters.
Thursday afternoon, 21-year-old Christopher Simpson pleaded guilty to manslaughter. It follows a March 2007 accident at 19th and MLK that killed 18-year-old Jocelyn Tillman and her 14-year-old sister, Jo'Anne McDaniel.
Prosecutors say Simpson ran a red light at the intersection. He will serve two 15 year sentences at the same time.
