Rush Hour Wrecks

Around 5:00, two cars collided near Spur 327 and Southwest Loop 289. Paramedics transported three victims for treatment. None of their injuries were considered life threatening.

Minutes later, another accident on the west Loop at the Brownfield Highway. Three cars were involved in this pileup, but no one was injured. The wreckage blocked several lanes of traffic. Motorists experienced long delays, as traffic was backed up for more than a mile.

Meanwhile across town, there was a four vehicle collision at Martin Luther King Boulevard and East 50th St. This one involved two school buses and two passenger cars. No children were aboard the school buses at the time, and no one was injured.
